Start here for independent reading routes through naming, acquisition, selling, and marketplace research. A useful domain newsletter should help you ask a better question, not make every headline feel like a buying signal. Our focus is the decision behind the name: what it is for, what is known, and what still needs checking.
Turn an issue into a decision
Begin with your purpose. A founder comparing brand names needs different evidence from a seller reviewing listing terms. Keep your current question visible while reading, and sort each item into investigate, reference, or discard. Interesting does not automatically mean actionable. Set a boundary around the languages, extensions, and business uses that belong in your research.
Read the claim, not just the number
An asking price, an offer, an appraisal, and a completed sale are different kinds of information. Record the source and date alongside the claim. When payment terms or completion are unclear, preserve that uncertainty instead of treating an incomplete report as a clean comparable. Several publications repeating one claim are not necessarily independent confirmations.
Choose a focused reading route
The Lab contains long-form fieldnotes. Topic pages organize the questions by task and marketplace, while category and tag archives connect related articles. Use the RSS feed to follow the published library without creating an account or giving us an email address. Finish each reading session with a specific next step, including the legitimate choice to take no action.
